Your journey begins with an initial enquiry. Simply send us your project plans or dimensions, including details like sink, hob, or tap cutouts. This can be a rough sketch, as long as the measurements are accurate.

What Happens Next?

• Our team reviews your details and prepares a tailored quote within 24 hours.
• If you have any questions, we’re happy to discuss the details before moving forward.
• Once you’re happy with the quote, we proceed to material selection.

Choosing the right stone is a crucial step in bringing your vision to life. Visit our showroom to explore a wide range of materials, colours, and finishes.

What to consider?

• Material type – choose from natural stone, engineered stone, or porcelain.
• Thickness – standard options include 20mm and 30mm, with custom options available.
• Edge profiles – select from square, pencil-round, mitred, and other edge styles.
• Seam placement – if required, we’ll advise on the best placement for a seamless look.

Once you’ve finalised your stone selection, we’ll send you an order confirmation. To begin production, a 50% deposit is required at least two weeks before templating.

Why the deposit?

• It secures your material and confirms your place in our production schedule.
• It ensures a smooth and efficient workflow, reducing lead times.

After your cabinetry is installed and fully secured, our team conducts a precise digital template. This ensures a perfect fit and allows us to custom-cut your stone with millimetre accuracy.

Important notes:

• Cabinetry must be fully installed, level, and fixed before templating.
• Ensure clear access to the work area to avoid delays.
• Templating typically takes 45 minutes to an hour, depending on project complexity.

Once templating is complete, we begin fabricating your stone to precise measurements. Our expert team uses advanced cutting and polishing technology to ensure a flawless finish.

What happens during fabrication?

• Your stone is cut to exact dimensions, including any sink, hob, or tap cutouts.
•  Edge profiles are shaped and polished for a premium look.
• Quality checks are performed to ensure a seamless fit and finish.

Standard 20mm and 30mm benchtops take 5–7 working days, while thicker or more complex designs may require 2–3 weeks. Once fabrication is complete, we prepare for installation.
