  • “StoneCo” refers to our company, including any references to “we,” “us,” or “our.”
  • “Customer” means any individual or entity requesting a quote, placing an order, or purchasing products from StoneCo.
  • “Approved Installer” denotes an installer trained and certified by StoneCo to install our stone products.

3.1. All orders are subject to acceptance by StoneCo. We reserve the right to refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability or payment issues.

3.2. Prices are subject to change without notice. In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

4.1. StoneCo supplies quality stone products but does not provide installation services.

4.2. We recommend using our Approved Installers for product installation. These professionals are experienced and adhere to our quality standards. Installations by Approved Installers come with a 5-year workmanship warranty.

4.3. StoneCo does not warrant installations performed by non-approved installers.

5.1. Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in order cancellation or delayed delivery.

5.2. Ownership of products transfers to the Customer only upon full payment.

6.1. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. StoneCo is not liable for delays beyond our control.

6.2. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery.

7.1. Custom orders are non-refundable.

7.2. Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. A restocking fee may apply.

7.3. To cancel an order, contact us promptly. Cancellations may incur charges, especially if processing has begun.

8.1. StoneCo warrants its products against manufacturing defects for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery.

8.2. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
  • Natural variations in stone colour and texture.
  • Wear and tear from normal use.

8.3. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase.

9.1. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, StoneCo’s liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or a refund of the purchase price.

9.2. StoneCo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in New Zealand courts.

StoneCo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
